1. ” Since the Agency came on board, there has been a drastic reduction in maternal and new born deaths. All thanks to Gov. Willie Obiano for providing the enabling environment and equipment needed in combating the illnesses. The rate is now less than 150 deaths per 10000 against what we met which was way too high.
